This heating pad is incredible! I think it’s my favorite I’ve ever had. And I’ve gone through many because I use one every day. The weighted aspect is so nice and soothing, the size is large, it’s so soft and the color is beautiful. It heats up nicely and the heat settings are different enough that I’m able to set them to my comfort level.I ordered this item in November of 2024. It stopped working in September of 2025. I was so bummed about it. I emailed their customer service to inquire about the warranty. The company responded promptly and gave me some things to do to try to troubleshoot but said if it’s still not working could I please send a simple video of plugging it in and turning it on. I did and they saw the problem. The customer service agent just asked for my mailing address to send me a replacement to fulfill their warranty. A couple days later I received my brand new replacement heating pad. Not having it those several days and then getting it again made me realize just how much I loved it and how much comfort it provides me for my pain. It’s especially incredible for my endometriosis pain and ulcerative colitis flare- ups. The extra weight really makes a difference on the abdomen and the larger size is perfect to cover the entire affected area. Thank you to Comfytemp and customer service agent, Sandy, for helping me resolve my issue. It’s unfortunate when products stop working prematurely but the quick and easy replacement was much appreciated. Even when it eventually stops working again and is out of warranty I’ll re-order if for no other reason than the wonderful customer service and it’s an all around great pain relief and comfort device.

This heating pad is super comfortable! The covering is soft and the weight is so comforting. It puts me right to sleep when I use it! The comfytemp customer service is unparalleled, as well. If you have any issues you can trust they will take care of it.

Can’t sleep without it! I love a good heating pad and this is the perfect size! It also has alittle “weight” to it which mimics a “heated blanket” which I love! The material is soft! Different heating options and has an automatic shut off in case you fall asleep!

I bought this heating pad in September 2023, and as of August 2025 it has already stopped working. It was comfortable, heated well, and the weighted design was nice, but I’m disappointed it only lasted about 2 years. Sadly, that’s still longer than many others I’ve owned, which says a lot about how things are made today. I still have my grandmother’s old heating pad that works perfectly decades later (though it looks worn out), which makes me wish this one had the same durability.

The weight of it is great! I saw someone say it does t get warm enough but mine gets VERY warm. It gets too warm. I can only put it on low. I would differently buy again.

I use heating pads frequently, and I have many of them. But this is one of my two favorites, and I use it A LOT!-It is soft on both sides. For some reason, many other brands make one side scratchy. No thank you!-It puts out a ton of heat, but I rarely feel like I have to turn the heat down to keep from getting burned. Every single heating pad I've had my whole life has forced me into toggling the heat between the medium and high, because the medium is never hot enough, and the hot is always way too hot. But this one is perfect!-While it does come with different "auto-off" timers, it ALSO has a "stay on" feature, which they all should have. It seems like almost every heating pad these days has an auto-off "feature" that cannot be overridden. And that is unacceptable. Thank you, ComfyTemp, for letting us make our own decisions!I am not usually much of a "weighted blanket" type person, but I got this weighted heating pad because I have a bad hip. If I am sleeping on my bad side, I can always lay directly on a heating pad. Simple. But also it hurts to lay on that side, so I try not to. When I am turned onto my other side, and my bad hip is the one facing up, I had a really hard time keeping a heating pad in place - anytime, really, but especially while sleeping. But this one is perfection. I plop it down on my hip, and it pretty much stays there unless I move around too much. It's honestly a Godsend. I use it every night.My "tied-for-first" other favorite heating pad is also ComfyTemp. It's their " XL Electric Heated Back Wrap with Strap, 9 Heat Settings, 5 Auto-Off, Stay On, Backlight for Cramps, Waist, Lumbar, Abdomen, 15"x 24"." I did have to return that one once due to a technical issue, and they sent me a brand new one. I haven't had any issues with the replacement yet. It is sooo soft and comfortable, and NINE heat settings!! Wow!My literal only complaint about either one of these has to do with the cord/power control. On this one, a combination of the length of cord you have before reaching the control, and the general stiffness of the cord, and I am always catching it on things. It really sucks when it hits the beverage I have sitting on the night stand next to me, and throws it to the floor! This has happened sooooo many times. Or else, it will end up in bed with me, and then I'll accidentally bump it while I'm moving or sleeping, and power it off without realizing it. So that's annoying. Also, for some reason, this type of power control cannot be used with a power inverter. So when I am in my semi truck, I can't bring these heating pads with me, because they won't work. But I'm not taking off any stars for that! Just noting it for you.

This earns my "Best Amazon order of 2025" award! Well made and effective. Used it to help heal deep muscle strain. It's amazing! In three days of use my mobility restored! Thank you!

Bought for the wife and she loves it. It gets warm super fast and is a very comfortable weight. Only reason it's not 5 stars is because the size could be a bit larger but overall so far it seems good only time will tell.
