I use this as an outside vent for a fan. Ive not had any issues... have no idea on the grade. Household use.

What is the size of the mesh (the size of the openings between the wires)?

About 1/16” it blocks mosquitoes

What is the spacing between the screw holes?

Sorry can’t say because I returned this Stainless Steel Air Vent.
