This device is a magnifier with a light. It also has a UV light. I use it to look at dates in the back of trade cards which is in small print -it works perfectly for me. The trick with this device is to be able to put the object directly under the light and magnifier - it provides approximately 3/4 of an inch space - any object larger than this would render the device not useful to you!

If you’re using this for coins find you one has a focus this one’s too hard on my old eyes

lights are nice just wish it had a focus on it I know they thought this was the right distance but I’m doing coins some are hard to readOtherwise nice product
