Seems as if the laptop is stolen
The laptop has a company security setup (seems a private Indian company called KBR) which prevents any user from starting up the laptop. As shown in photos, there is screen requesting the user to enter the company account as he should be an employee in KBR company. I contacted customer service but no response so I proceeded return process.I'm now afraid to purchase a renewed laptop anymore despite I still need one.N.B.: I have rated the features as lowest as I can't even start the laptop & there's no n/a option. So plz consider it n/a

Fantastic quality, great customer service
I was really worried about getting a decent refurbished laptop. The laptop I bought is fantastic, it's like brand new. The battery life is like a new laptop. The company were kind enough to put an extra 16gb ram on for me. Jenny was so helpful when I contacted the seller to find out more about the laptop and to arrange the extra ram. Hopefully my bookkeeping business will do well now I have this great laptop. Excellent value for money. I'm just so pleased with it.

Stopped working 1 day after the warranty expired. But customer service replaced it and I am very happy with the new model.

Product and services were outstanding
I really was impressed with the delivery services and the product but mostly that when I asked for help from Dr Memory to set it up they gave me free advice on how to set it up for home use and more really grateful for all the help much appreciated!
