Laptop had a shiny gleam to it - would think it's new. Battery life like new, everything to a high standard. Bargain buy.My previous purchase from another listing (different seller altogether) was faulty and this I believe a refurbished product is a roll of the dice but I highly recommend this product.

Stopped working 1 day after the warranty expired. But customer service replaced it and I am very happy with the new model.

Fantastic quality, great customer service
I was really worried about getting a decent refurbished laptop. The laptop I bought is fantastic, it's like brand new. The battery life is like a new laptop. The company were kind enough to put an extra 16gb ram on for me. Jenny was so helpful when I contacted the seller to find out more about the laptop and to arrange the extra ram. Hopefully my bookkeeping business will do well now I have this great laptop. Excellent value for money. I'm just so pleased with it.
