Very hydrating
I have used this body cream on my face, neck, and body for many years. I have very dry skin. The $45 jar lasts me about 5 months. Pretty good deal for the best cream I've ever used. I am 75 now, and while I am wrinkling, this cream smooths out my skin and hydrates it like no other. Truly, this is a must have. Why did you pick this product vs others?:This creme was suggested by a friend who gave me a sample. I've been hooked since the first minute.

Worth it!
This is worth the splurge. It is a heavy, quality lotion that absorbs well into the skin. The smell is a bit strong at first but that wears off, and you’re left with smooth, noticeably moisturized skin. My skin has a sheen to it when I use it which was an unexpected bonus.I’ve seen a definite improvement in my skin after using this consistently, and it’s become my go to. The only thing I would change is the amount for the price, but that’s luxury skincare for you!

Perfect Lotion
Light scent is lovely, subtle and can be used even with perfume wearing individuals (which I am). Lotion is like a cream so thicker than you might expect however it absorbs easily and is my go to.

Expensive. Worth it.
L'Occitane is a French brand of high quality. The skin on my body has become disastrously dry, and lotion isn't going to cut it anymore. I once worked for a holiday season in a retail shop for the brand, and I wanted everything it carried. This is a thick cream, rich in shea butter, which is traditionally harvested by African women to support their families. It has a slight floral scent which doesn't last long, and a luxurious feel that helps lock moisture in if you use it after bathing or a shower, while your skin is still damp after a quick towel-blotting. It's a treat that I've come to consider a necessity. I'll cut corners elsewhere. P.S. The hand cream is THE BEST on the market, IMHO. What can I say, I like living large in a small way!

I always buy this body cream for my mother in law. It's thick, rich, and feels ultra nourishing on the skin!

Good for chapped skin
Very good for chapped skin—especially nice for legs that chap under support socks. Also useful for dry hands.

One of L'Occitane's Best Products
I use this on my legs after a workout and shower. It smells wonderful and it's creamy, not greasy. Wonderful, subtle scent that fades away quickly. Is it pricey? Yeah probably a bit but worth every penny IMO.
