I started taking a magnesium supplement because I was getting leg cramps at night even though I made sure I was thoroughly hydrated. I no longer experience any leg cramps. I take one during the day and one at night before bedtime for the leg cramps and because magnesium helps with relaxation and sleep. I feel their product is manufactured well and I love that I can get it on subscribe & save and get it delivered automatically without having to constantly reorder. I'm looking at several of Omnibiotics other products to replace other supplements I'm currently taking.

i bought these because my usual brand was out of stock. Saw some bad reviews on here, but mostly good. Took a chance a bought them and I actually think these are better than my usual brand! Excellent sleep quality and excellent blood sugar and blood pressure. Very impressed. Wil buy again.
