Thai Coco - Organic Coconut Cream Full Fat Unsweetened - 14 fl. oz. 6 Pk

Not sure about bad reviews. Appeared good quality to me. I refrigerated a few hours before using which solidifies it. I used in Thai Massaman and it was great. I cooked the chicken about half way first and drained the fat. Added a few ounces to cook a bit more to make sure all the fat was out and then cooked the sauce with more coconut cream and added together. Can serve with rice, noodles or baked potato. Even my K and 1st grade grand daughters love it.

This product is PHENOMENAL. Upon opening the container I see that the coconut oil has separated from the cream!!! If you know anything about making coconut oil that’s the final stage of making cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil. Unbelievable quality and freshness. I’m buying another batch immediately 🙌🏾.

I don’t know if I got a bad batch but it tasted like gasoline. I had to throw them all out. I discovered how foul it was when I used it to make avocado mousse and the mouse tasted so funky. So I tasted each ingredient alone and sure enough it was this coconut cream.

I buy the Organic Coconut Cream by the case! The box is easy to open and the cans are not dented with no evidence of being mishandled. I use Coconut cream mostly in making my homemade coconut yogurt, however also use it in baking and add it to my coffee as well. I like that it is unsweetened so I can add additional sweetener to my preference as needed. The quality of the Coconut Cream is awesome! It has a smooth, creamy consistency with no off smells, sour taste or being odd colored. As a health conscious person, consuming organic foods is important to reduce pesticides and herbicides in my food. I highly recommend this product!

Looking forward to using this for homemade Greek Yogurt and cottage cheese to us in recipes and smoothies.

Taste good and convenient portion size

Lovely packaged product, there is too much bonding agent for me, I would have preferred more coconut milk, could hardly taste or smell coconut milk. Lovely packaging, delivery on time.

I really liked the deep coconut flavor and the lumps smooth out with a bit of kneading. The only thing I found lacking was resealing. That would make the product perfect. Easy storage as well.
