Can this pen take Parker refills?

Yes they will fit perfect but you have to file the tip of the pen down just a hair because the hole in the tip of the pen is a hair small too tight. After that the Parker G-2 stye refills will fit and the original refills will fit as well without any jiggle if you don't file too much off. Just check each time you file off a bit and try to push the tip of the refill through the hole until it goes in, best done without putting the refill back in just push it through the hole from the outside of the pen it's a lot simpler to check the opening that way. I like the Schmidt P900 refills myself NOT the Gel Schmidt P9000 easy flow. Now I got 3 pens that write like a parker and 9 extra refills if needed for less than the price of one parker jotter.

Would this pen fit in a uniform shirt pocket pen opening next to a Sharpie?

They are a little larger than the standard Cross pen, but not too thick if that helps.

How does this compare to the sharpie s gel?

The sharpie is by far a better ink (gel) product whereas the ChaoQ is a solid ballpoint roller. I love the sharpie but the ChaoQ is my second favorite. Hope this is helpful!

How are these compared to parker jotter pens?

These pens are about 1/4" longer and a little heavier than a Parker Jotter.
