Used it for ice pack on shoulder pain, so good. Temporary pain relief, but boy does the pain disappear.This Large size is sufficient. Just a tip, if using ice pack, freeze some ice cubes along with a big bowl of water.Let the ice cubes freeze monitor the bowl and don't let it freeze aside from just the top surface of water.The big bowl is so that the water doesn't freeze as fast as the ice cubes.Pour the water into this and add the icecubes. The nearly ice cold water will ensure that the pack will wrap around the body part you are using it on, the added ice cubes will keep pack cool for longer.

The size was a bit disappointing nevertheless it's very portable

Extremely effective, retains temparature well during both hot and cold compresses. Though it does not really leak, the outer surface does face condensation when ice or cold water is used, causing water bead formation on the outer surface, making it a bit wet. It is quite easy to use and flexible, easing application on affected areas. There is no gel content and hence there is no tension about any kind of chemical leaking from it.

This is good for use. Very comfortable.
