First ordered a small size to find out if it worked. And, it worked in an awesome way as my wife applied and stimulated. For a country boy the arousal was very much appreciated and extended to the fullest pleasure. My only suggestion: provide a sample packet to urologist to give out to prostate surgery patients. It's a learning curve for country boys to ask for help. Fortunately Swiss Navy Arousal gel get me up and going.

It's a bit tricky to find, and since Amazon carries this particular brand and this particular formula, I grabbed some while I could get it right here. Sure wish it came in a larger size, I'd pay the extra cost- it's well worth the price to me, and having it when I need it. My word--you can't go wrong!
