I purchased an entertainment center from a local furniture store about a year ago. I had the option to purchase it with a fireplace insert, but I didn't like the look of it, so I just bought the entertainment center by itself. I searched for another fireplace insert and found this one by Kentsky. I've had it for over year now and it still looks and works great. I love the multi color options. It was super easy to install too. I would highly recommend this brand.

I love this fire place. The color options are so great. I wish it came with more wood pieces to fill it out.

We live in Florida and so only need this a few weeks out of the year. Love it!!!!! Works great. It’s in our den.

Good fireplace all in all only draw back is putting gems and wood decor in is difficult because you have glass off and when you go to put it on decore falls out I did it on the floor bad ideal rocks fell then had to take glassware off and that messed up springs on self touch and stretched them out still worksI suggest using a kitchen table and let front hang off to put decor on and glass

This fireplace looks great and is fairly quiet! it also very bright w the flames being able to changed to different color while also providing heat! the fit wasn’t perfect for my chimney but i was able to work around that

Initial review using 30a and LOW setting; This is saving me propane in my camper. I like that it looks more real than many others and has lots of options. My camper is 50 amp, but I’m on a 30 amp circuit right now so it won’t go on the HIGH setting. LOW setting is good enough to keep the camper warm in 30-40 degree weather. Just a heads up in case it cuts out on you, it’s probably trying to pull more power than your outlet can service.Update: I added a 50 amp service, set heat to 69 degrees and air flow to HIGH. It worked for a couple minutes in a 69 degree setting and shut off. Something still isn’t right with my setup or this device. I’ll update again after uninstalling this to check the outlet amp capacity and wiring.Update: I verified that it’s on a 15 amp outlet and breaker. Still won’t work on the HI setting. Updated to 1 star and I’m disappointed in this unit.Final Update: After trial & error, I discovered that the shut off on HI setting was an airflow issue. I took my Dremel and cut out the slats on the back and an additional 1” lower to be sure it had plenty of air. It now works on HI without any more problems.

The media could not be loaded. I really love this faux fireplace. It adds ambience to my space and the heat that it puts off is quite nice. I love how customizable it is! You can change the color of both the crystals and the flames. Want orange crystals and green flames for Halloween? No problem! Red flames and green crystals for Christmas? They've got you!My only complaint is how loud it beeps when you change any setting and it beeps whether you use the remote or the buttons directly on the unit. So if I want to cycle through the several colors, it's just gonna loudly beep over and over until I pick one. Not a big issue and not worth removing a star. But if you have a bird, they may squawk when they hear it, lol.
