I drink senna tea daily because I experience an obstructed bowel which unfortunately is just a chronic thing with me. Thought I’d try to rotate my products and give cascara a try. I’ve taken it in pill form but teas are better for me. This was very bitter and one sip left me nauseated …… can’t return it so I literally have no use for it.I can’t make this taste good. I’ll stick with my senna for now.☕️
