Good for my garage and patio
Good quality and still working after one year.

Parts replacement are difficult. No Media last year!
WISH they would do better with Engineering. Float/Hose Connectors. US very cheap ABS that damages. Found, installed a much better float.Sent Customer service the p/n for them to improve. The Fan housing should be primed and painted for Wet Location service. RUSTS. INSTALL a filter (polyphosphate) for hard water. Otherwise, list replacement media better?

Piss poor attention to detail.
Unpacking a set up was no problem as there is no packing materials to deal with. This may be why there is a dent on the grill of my new unit. What caught my is with this America made unit is the poor attention to detail. The name plate on the front of the unit is crooked. I unscrewed the plate thinking it had slipped but only to find out it was installed crooked. The screws on top of the unit looked used as the paint was worn off. One of the screw under the grill was never completely installed. I hope what’s on the inside was taken care of better than the detail on the outside. We shall seebut from my initial observation, this company has piss poor quality!!

Port a Cool can do better
I own several port a cool units. I was vey disappointed with how this unit arrived. Water hose hose was crimped. I’m off to the hardware store to get some parts to modify it.
