Worst company.
The media could not be loaded. Can’t believe there are NO instructions. The quality is really good, but I don’t know how to use itFinally after watching videos figured out how to use, but it’s not clicking or anything.Absolute waste of money and when wanting to return because it’s not working, told to mail to CHINA. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!!Was told by this company in China to make a video to show it’s not working then after editing the video 5 times from 23 seconds to 5 seconds it is still too large to upload. Now what???? Waiting on Amazon to do the right thing.Had to order a different one today as serum needs to be used as it’s open.
