Great product for cleansing your body of toxins. Very dark after removal. Good adhesion, slight smell (not bad).

Exactly what I was looking for

This is the type of product that sometimes takes a while to show noticeable results, but I did notice that my sleep immediately improved. However, I can't honestly say that I noticed any other benefits in the two weeks of use. The dark residue on the pads never lightened, as is supposed to happen as "toxins" are removed from the body. I'd like to think this type of thing works, but I just don't know for sure.

Comfortable and easy to use.

When I bought the small pack of 10 everything came put together; the pad the sticker were all in one piece. So I repurchased the bigger quantity everything is separate! The sticker, the pads (which way do they go/should they be placed) then when we remove them in the morning they’re not black! I’m furious these are not the same as what I purchased before and it should be stated that the 10 pack is better quality!

This product definitely works for me!

Not certain the second night I started having heel pain. The third night it woke me up in the middle of the night so I remove the patch at 1:30 in the morning. It was powdery white surface as opposed to dark. Which the dark is understandable after the heat moisture from your feet because the interior, you can see the product is dark before even applying it. I attached picture. I also sent a question to the seller and I have not heard back from them as of today. Thank uou

Months ago, I started a new medication and not long after that, I started having foot cramps at night and in the morning. When they first started, they were pretty mild but over time, they got progressively worse to the point where the pain was intolerable. I recently heard that certain medications can cause this because the meds pool in your feet, which made a lot of sense to me, so I purchased a different brand of foot patches to see if they could help. I used them for 5 days straight and had NO MORE FOOT OR LEG CRAMPS! This is something I am going to need to do once or twice a month to continue to detox the meds and toxins, so I purchased this brand because they had a great video reviewing their effectiveness compared to another brand and they were more affordable than the original brand that I purchased. These have been a GAME CHANGER for me- LOVE THEM!!
