6 of the pods have been wasted and don't work in the coffee machine! I feel that I should be reimbursed for a package.

We've been struggling with our Tassimo coffee selection as more and more options become unavailable in the US. This makes a great cup. Also, Kenco stands for Kenyan Coffee Co. It comes from England and is an Americano. Basically a world tour in cup. It is :-)

Tried and wanted to love this coffee. Hoped it could be a replacement for my Tassimo Gevalia Dark Italian and Dark House Blend (which have been skyrocketing in price for over at least two years). But sadly it didn’t make the cut. Much too weak for my taste.

I purchased this based on some good reviews, the fact that it said "extra large" and mostly to tide me over since Tassimo's Kona is currently out which is a true travesty. I will say that I read this is a medium roast so I wasn't expecting any thing bold, but medium -ish yes. It tasted like a1/4 espresso, Americano. The slight foam was nice. But for the extra cost here (at lease when I purchased), flavor was not up to par and the supposed xlarge was so off base. I suppose "compared to what" but came out for me closer to 6 1/2 ounces and that is not xlarge, or venti, or even grande. I want my Kona back! It's fun to try new flavors in a pinch but this was not the one for me. If any others are temporarily in a bind until the Kona comes back, I'd recommend trying an alternative to this.
