I am on my second roll of these.To understand where I am coming from- I am an excessively sweaty person when I exercise, especially in heat. When I lived in Hawaii, it was not unusual to lose a pound of sweat for every mile I ran. Since moving to the Pac NW, not quite so bad, but still sweat a lot. I don't run as much as previous but when I do (typically once per week), it is 11-15 miles.I used this product first when I moved up here. They are reliable and do the job. When it came time to replace them I bought the competitor because they were a bit cheaper. The competitor, unfortunately, would not be unusual to fall off due to sweat while I was running. It would almost always be at the end of the run so I didn't have much issue with chafe, but it was annoying.When I used all of them up, I went back to this product. These stay on really well. The only issue... they stay on too well. If you aren't completely shaved and put them on, they will pull the hair out when it comes time to remove them, even in the shower. I have taken to spraying alcohol on them when it is time to remove them. That has largely solved that problem, other than having to remember to get the alcohol to take them off.Hope this helps!

Good product

Perfect for those times when you don't want to wear a bra but modesty keeps you from going without. They really stick. I suggest using a little lotion first on your skin because peeling them off can be quite uncomfortable.

I will bleed from nipple chaffing on runs and these covers are a godsend. Tried a different brand once and they were sweated off in a mile. I saw a couple 1 star reviews for the adhesive being too strong… only more reason to buy these if you truly sweat while working out. But also, wait till the shower to take them off, that adhesive ain’t screwing around. 10/10 recommend.

Worked great protecting my nipple during my runs from chaffing from my sweaty shirt... however taking it off is more painful that the chaffing.

Bought these to help cover my headlights when wearing lightweight shirts.The adhesive is hit & miss. Some pads only stick partially.For the gents - these things will pull your chest hair out, so be careful.

I tried other options for nipple chafing while running, and this is the best of the bunch so far. I have tried "waterproof" tape and bandages, all of which mostly fail. I tried a different brand of this type of item, and while it would last for a while, once I became sweaty it would usually just fall off. Even holding them on with a piece of tape was not always successful.I was wary about trying the LIVING JIN brand, but these things are the real deal. I have used them three times now, once in rainy conditions, and they do not come off when they get wet. The first time I used them, I actually thought they had fallen off during the run. It was not until I got OUT of the shower that I realized I still had both of them on. They survived my sweat, the rubbing of my shirt, and my shower, and were still firmly attached.
