16g in size. Just like you would buy for a Co2 for a bike pump.

Can I use to House potty training?

This would do the opposite. Potty Training is a sometimes a long process but, being persistent with going out and earning trust is the best way. Kennel at night until house trained as well then start to allow nights out once no accidents happen for a prolonged period of time.
