Very practical and plenty of pockets

In just a few months the wheels and their plastic axis got completely destroyed (see photo). Guys, have you heard of bearings? You can't just put a plastic ring on a plastic round bar and to call it wheel.

Sturdy. Plenty of pockets and storage options. Big enough for a night of two away. Perfect for business. Hold laptops phones and all paraphernalia you need. Small enough to be no trouble on a train journey. Long handle for the taller of us.

Have it for my work. Very spacey and light.

I wanted to really like this case. It looks smart, it’s massive and has plenty of storage and feels well made in most respects. However, it is let down the poor design of the wheels. Firstly they are quite flat and are also set in a recess, surrounded my plastic. This meant that when wheeling it around, any small stone would be dragged into the gap between the wheel and the casing around it, causing the wheels to get stuck. This is quite irritating, especially when it happens multiple times, the case would then start to drag behind you instead of role. For this reason I returned it for a refund.

Unfortunatly. It is not the same as a pictures. Your pictures and video clip show us it is hard material that way i ordered it. But your product's quality seems good.But it is not hard material it is like as a paper bag. I wanna send back but i cant. Becuse i am not uk right now
