Q: Can’t get it to sync to tv help?

① Tear off the adhesive tape and stick the light strip clockwise to the back of TV from the bottom left corner. Fix the light strip in corners with clips. ② Connect the light strip to the “LED Strip” Type-C port of the sync box. ③ Connect Apple TV or other signal sources to the “Input” port of sync box with an HD cable. ④ Connect Your TV or monitor to the “output” port of the sync box with the HD cable. ⑤ Power on the light strip with the power adapter and start to connect it with the Smart Life APP. Then switch to the "video" mode on your phone. The strip lights will start to sync to TV. If you have any other questions about it, please contact us. Thank you for your support for Magizard.

Q: If I connect a HDMI 2.1 switch to this, will I lose all the features of HDMI 2.1?

It is not fully compatible with HDMI 2.1 so some features may lose. It supports the 2.0 version.
