it worked perfectly. I had a blockage deep in my ear that I was too afraid to take out with an in-ear camera scooper device. This felt safer because I felt I had more control since I was the one controlling the intensity of the water being pushed as well as the temperature of the water. I recommend starting off slow in order to build up in intensity with the flushing if you're a scaredy cat like me.

All in all, it works. It really helped to flush stuff out. I personally recommend doing it while your head is level, that way water doesn't get trapped behind your eardrum. The extra head it comes with is nice too, just be careful when using it, it likes to shoot water pretty quickly.

Really nice syringe ear bulb. However the tip does not stay on while using the bulb. I like that the bulb is very soft and easy to use.

Overall, effective, but be careful with the four-way squirter: more than once when using it, it detached from the bulb and the only way I could remove from my ear was with tweezers.
