True Carhartt material
This is the second one I bought. The first one was the typical Carhartt brown. The one I just got is the black. Because I’m rough on things, the brown one just kept getting filthy just like Carhartt pants ha ha also I broke the zipper…. Not because it’s not quality. I just jammed too much in it. It is very tight when you first get it, but they do break in. It’s not a purse and it really isn’t that good for holding a phone unless that’s the only thing you’re putting in there. It works for credit cards, cash your license a few things like that. I love it.

A nice small wallet
The wallet itself is great. H/D cordura, I had to rearrange my stuff to fit but,.OK. Only issue is a wimpy strap. Like a more HD strap.
