Heats up nice and quick! I will be plugging this in while I'm at my desk at work, saves me money in the long run with buying them disposable sticky things and better for the planet... probably.I'll still have to sadly use them sticky disposable ones while I'm out and about as this product is plug in only.My only quarm is the fact I ordered this while we had baaad rainy weather, I was out all day and it was left on my doorstep, in the rain... so the box was wet and I was worried the product would fail due to the conditions. Seems OK though but the packaging was damaged from the rain, probably my fault for not thinking about it properly, I did do delivery instructions to go to a neighbour but it was just left on the doorstep.I am very happy with this item so far though and looking forward to some pain relief!People say the straps are roomy, I dunno, I am on the larger size so I feel it is abit small myself but it works, I just need to stay off the cake for abit haha

You can tell the durability is good. I have used it daily for weeks and it still looks new. I really appreciate the timer function; it shuts off automatically so I don’t have to worry. It gives great relief for back and shoulder pain within minutes of use. Completely silent while in use which makes the experience very soothing. Very nice item. Works perfectly. Heating also nice. Good materials. Easy to use and fit. Long cable. No noise. I can use timer while using before sleep.

Never used this sort of stuff as i dont really believe in it but was peer pressured to get it as i always complained about my back pain. Its actually quite good and im sure it'll do a even better job over long period of usage . Makes the pain more bearable after having your back messed up from work lol.

tHIS HAS ONLY BEEN USED SEVERAL TIMES. WENT TO USE IT TODAY NO LONGER WORKS. hAD WORKED SO WELL PREVIOUSLY
