My most used knife
I absolutely love this knife. It is well balanced, lightweight, stays really sharp (I do periodically sharpen it) and I would not be without it. In fact I have bought other knives in the range which are all excellent.

KAI is KAI
Very good quality knive. The wasabi line of kai is perfect for home/hobby cookers. It stays sharp for a decent amount of time, and easy to sharpen when it's needed.This one it good for preparing the ingredients, or for pealing. The handle is comfortable, and easy to clean.

Pure Ästhetik
Es verfügt nicht über die extreme Schärfe wie man es von japanischen Messern erwarten würde, ist aber dennoch ausreichen scharf. Papiertest und Armhaare rasieren geht dennoch problemlos.Letztlich ist es aber auch "nur" eine Edelstahlmesser und hat keinen VG10 Stahlkern. Es sieht phantastisch aus und ist sehr, sehr wertig gearbeitet. Der Griff hat auf der rechten Seite eine Wulst, so dass man auch "blind" weiß, das man es richtig herum, also mit der Schneide nach unten, in der Hand hält. Außerdem ist er so schön lang, dass man richtig zupacken kann. Den aktuellen preis würde ich als angemessen bis günstig bezeichnen. Klare Kaufempfehlung.

Perfekte Größe, Preis-Leistung TOP
Es ist nicht die Schärfe von einem Japanischen Carbonstahl Messers aber für den Preis kann man nicht meckern. Einfach öfters schärfen und es wird ein treuer Begleiter in der Küche.
