It is a great nasal spray, which is easy to use. My son doesn’t like the other sterimar sprays….but he is happy to use this one as it seems to be more gentle to spray it in.

So i used this after having flu/cold symptoms for 2 days and first off i would say the claim its a decongestant is not so accurate in the sense it more dissolves built up mucus rather than opening the nasal passage so if you want to open a swollen nasal passage in my experience it didn't do that it did however dissolve the built up mucus in my upper nasal passage, I liked the kind of sea side smell when applying and it didn't give me that nasty chemical taste other nasal sprays give, Cant say for sure if it stopped the cold/flu but i did get better the next day an fully recovered 2 days after first use, So if you want a more natural remedy then give it a try but i did use it in conjunction with a well known nasal decongestant.

Every year since choldhood, when harvest / pollen season is at peak I get sinus infections caused by blocked tubes. But not this year.

I had awful sinusitis and a totally blocked nose following a cold and was so desperate for anything that might help. I can't say that this worked for me but it was worth a try. I was in the chemist shop eyeing up other options and the assistant said this was the best thing for sinusitis and not to buy the expensive device that dribbles water into your nose.
