Best in the game!
Had to replace my previous one as my friend stole it but it was over 20 years old! Best in the game! This is well worth the money! I previously had paid over £30, so it has come down in price and I had to wait over 2 weeks for it 20 years ago! Couldn't be a bicycle mechanic without it! Built to last and is the best functioning one on the market! Simple to use! Cannot fault it at all!

Happy I paid a premium price for an item worth every penny.
Buy this without a doubt. Even a novice like me has been able to efficiently pull crank without any damage to components and it felt so easy. Item is of high quality and will last a lifetime if sprayed with ACF50 when required and stored neatly. Yes it is a bit pricey but you are getting an item that has set the benchmark.

Worked perfectly, buy this instead of the cheap one.
As others have said, you may gawk at paying that much more than a cheap unbranded one but TRUST ME, it's worth the extra money.I bought one that was less than £5 and it just stripped all it's threads and rendered itself useless because the metal was so soft and cheap. This Park Tool one is much higher quality and stood up to a really stiff crank, I had to put a lot of force to pull it off and the puller handled it no problem. From a design perspective I think it's also superior, the cheap ones come with a small spanner that you slot between the two pieces, because its so short you can't get much leverage and the crank arm can get in the way. The Park Tool however uses a standard hex nut arrangement meaning you can use a spanner of any handle size, or even better a ratchet & socket (you'll need a 22mm and 15mm metric socket).Overall, yes it could be cheaper, but Park Tool knows it has a superior product and it's worthwhile paying extra for, you won't regret it.

Worth the money
Bought a cheap one, broke on the second use. This one has been used many times now and still no signs of wear. Totally worth the 10£ difference4 stars for visibility

It works!
Seems like a simple thing, but after struggling with other, cheaper options, I finally spent the few extra pounds and bought the Park Tool version. It worked instantly, without excessive force or damaging my bike. A great unit!

Works on Octalink and ISIS cranks as used on E-bikes with Bosch Performance Gen 4 motors
you might need to swap the heads form one side to the other to match shaft diameter. They easily come off with pulling on them.Well made tool!
