Got this a week ago, really handy to roast items like my papad and vegetables like brinjal, tomato and similar items. This allows optimum heat yo reach, and also we can have the burnt taste of fire.The circular fences avoids falling of the items when you roll them. Product also is made of good material. Overall nice to have this in my kitchen.

For pulkas I don think this works because the metal heats up even in smallest frame and pulka stiks to it. The holes need to be very large like pulka grill we get in 150 bucks.The product is very sturdy strong and can be used for veggies grill or papad but not pulkas
