Saved my back
This car seat has been a god send! I have a small car and it was killing my back to get my baby into the car seat so I decided to purchase this one. So glad I did. It was pretty easy to install using the seat belt path and is very sturdy. The harness is easy to adjust and my baby seems comfortable and content in it! It doesn’t take up much back seat space. The inserts sre easy to take out as well. Overall I love this car seat!

BEST carseat on the market.
This car seat gives me the best of both worlds: my kiddo being safe in an EvenFlo product - I truly trust their safety protocol and notifications, and even got a preemptive message about a recall that wound up being fine! - it is SO CONVENIENT to be able to swivel my kid around and not kill my back over and over, the slim size of the carseat makes it easy to put two side-by-side, and my son is comfortable in it and has access to his things via the side cupholders, which makes us all happy campers. I have three of these and will be buying a fourth soon for a new addition!

Great and toxic option without breaking the bank.
If you get this, get a bassinet stroller with it, cause you will not be able to bring your baby in the car seat inside. But it’s very quality, did super well on a 15 hour car trip with a newborn. Rotation is really useful and the seat itself fits and is very protective for a little baby. I love that it doesn’t have flame retardant on it, considering how much we use it.

LOVE this for my older back!
I am a new grandma. My son and DIL work full-time and my DIL is also finishing up her degree. I'm called once or twice a week to pick up the grandbaby from daycare where mom works, because the baby is unhappy or someone is sick and she's concerned the baby will get it.I'm thrilled to do a Grandbaby Daycare Extraction but that means I need to have a car seat in my SUV.And often as my husband and I watch the baby on his day off and take her for lunch (she loves Olive Garden breadsticks) it is a necessity.I share this help you see that we are grandparents in our late 50s, with backs that reflect a life lived well and hard, lol. We ride motorcycles and he does construction and I do gardening. So our backs are ... crap. This car seat is a game changer, full stop. She outgrew the first car seat we got her. (It's been 25 years since I had a baby in a car seat, so I didn't know they have "stages" and bought one that she outgrew because she's tall. Her daddy is 6'8 so we should have expected it.) That car seat was tough on my back because we had to lift her into it, and twist a bit while doing that so we could just put her in properly. Then we had to keep leaning in to secure her. It was tough on the back some days, let me tell ya.Installation was pretty easy. We fitted her in the seat while it was still in the house. That was pretty easy. She's 10 months old so we removed the insert and it fit better. But the first time we used it? Holy Hannah Montana! It was soooo easy! The seat turned easily - just lift the levers at the top where it says to lift to rotate and twist. It swiveled and presented the seat full front to us. We just had to put her in and secure it, and then lift the lever again to twist into place, until it clicked.Easy peasy!AND ... she giggled. She giggles EVERY TIME we twist. She loves it. My husband uses sound effects for it - saying, "Ready? WHOOOOOSH!" as he turns it. She full on squeals. But again... THE BACK SAVER that this is.We got my son and DIL a very pricey and well-recommended car seat for her and they love it. But the first time they used the swivel, my son (the tall one who is a welder and is having some back strain) stood up and said, "Oh. That's nice. That's so nice. We should have gotten that."Had we known how much of a big deal the swivel was going to be, I WOULD have gotten it for them! But, truth is, they are in their late 20s and we're in our late 50s and our backs are crap and they are young and so we're keeping this for ourselves, lol. No matter how much he hints at wanting to trade. It's a well-made seat, by a well-known baby brand. The only caveat is that we are losing some leg room in the front seat this sits behind. The swivel won't work if the seat in front of it is pushed back too much. So, we're having to remember to move the seat up if we're transporting her. It's an issue if the person in the seat in front of her has longer legs (which is everyone in my family). She's backward facing for now, so once she's forward facing, this will be less an issue. For now, we're adapting. It will grow with her, which is nice. She's going to be tall, like her daddy (she already is) so we're not sure we'll get to the 10 year mark that is promises. But even if we get her to 4 or 5, we'll be thrilled, lol.
