Hi Chris. My name is Matt Miller, and I am the inventor of StopHair. StopHair is most effective when the hair is removed prior to using. StopHair does not remove hair, it slows down the rate of hair regrowth, and prevents hair from growing back. StopHair works most effectively when used in combination with a hair removal method that removes the hair from the follicle completely, such as waxing. It is effective, however, in combination with all methods of hair removal.
