No. Its. solid periwinkle blue color.

I’m reading reviews and wanting to get two colors.. would I need to get two different top coats for the two colors or is it clear?

Gorgeous blue.

I've been looking for a glittery and gorgeous shade of blue nail polish for quite some time.I saw this and i've never pressed the buy button so hard.Its even more beautiful in real life, the only thing is that you'll need about three coats for the colour to be visible.

I'm a fan

The first coat looked almost like a translucent eggplant. With the second coat, it got darker and closer to a deep purple. By the third, it was a blue with an iridescent coloring.Overall, I'm a big fan of this product. It seems to last me at least a week, more if I avoid tapping my fingers and cap off the top of the nail.
