i wanted to mount something to this wook but it was a little to light weight for my needs. Might be good for crafts

First off, this is finished with something that smells like a spice cabinet. It also rubs off all over your hands. Second, I can’t tell if this is wood or styrofoam with cardboard slats to mimic wood. It came wrapped in plastic and tape that has Chinese on it (which says “DEPPON EXPRESS”). Regardless, it is about as good as cardboard for what I had intended on using it for (which was a flat board with notches to hold necklaces).If you want to make cheap signs that say “Live, Laugh, Love” it’ll do… but beyond that I would buy better quality wood. This is way overpriced and not worth the money.

I bought this to put fabric things on and I couldn't figure out how they were dirty. Then I took a paper towel and ran it over the boards. Whatever they use to give it the fake wood look just rubs right off onto everything.It's weird styrofoamie feeling wood which I could get past but it's leaving black smudges on anything that touches it and that's not ok. Really not happy.
