I got the large size for my sun conure to replace his old nest, and I’m really happy with it so far. The material is soft and feels sturdy, and the size is perfect for him - he has plenty of room to move around and snuggle in. The nest is easy to hang, and I like that the bottom is removable for cleaning. I also like the bright colors.

Okay, yeah these were a little costly but this is quality!! They are machine washable, air dry, they have hidden snaps so the birds don't destroy the hut, they are soft and have a little flat plastic insert on the bottom to provide stability for the base/flooring of the hut. The only thing I wish is that the huts came with small link metal chains. Birds are destructive little critters (at least my love birds are) and they love to pick and mouth everything. I went to Home Depot and purchase small link chains and attached them to the already in place elastic ends and now I have different levels of bird huts in their cage. These are quality huts, that have lasted 4-5 washings and still maintain their shapes and usage. I bought this bed because my bird spends time both indoors and outdoors (different cages, the outdoor one is a large flight cage) and I wanted her to have somewhere warm to go during winter. I do not let her have the bed during the day as I do not want to encourage hormonal/nesting behavior—this can make birds more prone to behavioral issues like biting or regurgitating etc. But it is a good bed for her to cuddle up in at night.HOWEVER. If you have a chewer, please note this is not chew-resistant fabric. Soft and cozy, yes; chew resistant, no. My bird had already managed to chew a small hole in it within a few days. You will need to supervise closely to ensure the bed stays safe and that your bird isn’t ingesting (or getting tangled in!) the threads or stuffing.

My lovebird loves her house. This house is well made, easy to clean, and so soft. The colors are bright and inviting. At bedtime, my little lovebird hops right into her home! Thank you for creating such a wonderful item!

This is so dang cute and my Conure andl Lovebird both love it. Probably will need to buy more as the Conure likes to chew. hahahha
