NECA Invisible Man Action Figure 18Cm

NECA have been killing it with this Universal Monsters line. Each one of "the big 8" come with a nice selection of alternate heads, hands and accessories. Each is articulated well, or well enough at least, each has beautiful head sculpts and paint jobs, many come in B&W variants. There is next to nothing to complain about, besides the usual sort of stiff joints and tiny accessories for some of them etc this line is easily one of their best!This figure represents Dr. Jack Griffin aka The Invisible Man, which happens to be an old fave of mine... the character is just so chaotic and manic. I was not disappointed when I got him out of the package, he is a very complete figure. He comes with some great portraits and a ton of accessories, including 3 tiny fake noses... your carpet will love them so be careful! Lots of display options, but if you really cant be bothered dealing with any of that just take his head and hands off and you have the invisible man wearing a suit. I'll leave it at that but if you are on the fence I suggest you check out YouTube for more detailed reviews of this fig.At the end of the day this is on the shelf with the rest of the Universal Monsters, and it looks great, like really great. Easy to recommend!

The figure works well. The details are nice, and you could pull off a variety of looks from the movie. I was disappointed that they were not going to release this figure in a black-and-white version. The original movie is in black-and-white so to me, the character should be in black-and-white. I painted mine to give it more of a black-and-white look.

The figure is fine. No issues.My problem is the box Amazon shipped to me. Thankfully I’m not a mint in box collector, but I like keeping the NECA monster boxes. They’re beautiful.Amazon sent me one in a torn box. Looks like whoever packed it was frustrated with the peg hanger and tore it (and a large chunk of the back of the box) off.See my photo.Not a deal breaker but annoying.
