An incredible quality display at a great price
As a movie buff and gaming enthusiast, I've been dying to get an OLED display for years. Due to the high price tags, they've always been out of my reach. This year I had a larger than expected tax refund, though, so I decided to finally replace my living room TV and finding an affordable display has been a game changer. The video quality is absolutely incredible. Breathtaking HDR, the inkiest blacks I've ever witnessed, and tons of options to tweak the performance to your individual liking make this a visual feast. The viewing angles are so broad that I can comfortably watch from the very sides of the TV without any loss in quality. Sometimes I just like watching YouTube 4K HDR demos to marvel at the lush visuals. The audio is fine, but I definitely recommend using at least a soundbar, preferably a surround sound setup. It's a completely different experience. The software is good, with a responsive interface and solid remote. The real benefit I found is the ability to turn off the ads and suggestions. My previous Vizio display wouldn't stop advertising to me and it made me absolutely crazy. The ability to opt out of that is a huge selling point for me.It also is an amazing gaming display, with HDMI 2.1, VRR, native 120hz refresh rate, and ultra low latency. It's an absolute dream to play modern games on, but they didn't include any component or composite inputs, so if you're looking to do classic gaming you'll need to get a separate HDMI converter box.All around, this is an incredible TV that's packed with features and comes at a price you can barely believe. I can't possibly recommend it highly enough.

The picture is truly great
the TV is great and the picture quality is great. It's pretty thin but substantial. It doesn't have the simplicity of a Roku operating system so it is taking a bit to get used to the LG logic.First off I am loving this system. The components are listed below. In the picture the 55” TV is 48in wide and the Jamo 803 and S8 are on the left and right of the TV. The Jamo 807 are behind me and not in the picture. I chose to put them behind me because I didn’t have speaker stands and the Jamo 803 fit nicely on the entertainment center.I love the sound that comes out of these speakers whether it is just stereo music or surround sound Dolby ATMOS via the Denon AVR. The price was good and I love the looks of these speakers. I’d buy them again with no hesitation. Crutchfield is awesome. I wish all sellers were as great to work with.Denon AVR-X1800HPanasonic 4K Blu Ray Player DP-UB420-KLG B3 Series 55-Inch Class OLED Smart TV OLED55B3PUAOnkyo DX-C390 6-CD changer with MP3 CD playbackJamo 803 x2 / Jamo 807 x2, Jamo S 8 ATM x2, Jamo S 83 CEN, Jamo S 810 SUBWLIVE TV Stand for 65 70 inch TV, Entertainment Center with Cable Management

One of the best lower cost OLED TVs that you can find
I purchased this television to upgrade from a ten year old 4K television and wow the different in picture is astounding and I'm thrilled I read reviews of how substantially better colors are with OLED compared to some of the LED technology that is out there.I use this television in conjunction with an Apple TV 4k and a Vizio 5.1 Surround Sound System. While I don't use the majority of the smart applications built into the webOS environment of the TV, I have used them a few times and found them to work remarkably well especially if you're planning to test the picture quality of the television out using the YouTube App and some of the LG hosted channels that really showcase how beautiful pictures can be. Watching several 4k HDR videos from YouTube were incredible - I could see individual strands of hair and dander coming off a tiger on a nature show. When switching from content that is HDR to Dolby Vision and vice versa, the television changes pretty quickly and adapts as it should. When it comes to sound, I prefer to use an external system via HDMI ARC. This television had zero issues connecting to the sound bar and I had to make no adjustments to sync the audio with the picture. I've had zero HDMI handshaking issues with the AppleTV or the Vizio 5.1 system. I can turn the entire system off using the Apple TV remote. While I am not a home theater enthusiast, I'm really enjoying this television. I strongly recommend for anyone that wants a 65" OLED television. Sure, there are higher end ones with faster processing that might be better suited for gaming. But if you're watching sports and movies, it gets the job done pretty nicely.

65 inch oled perfect upgrade from uhd led TVs
I'd say the picture is great and as for the brightness factor in bright rooms that people talk about I find I can get it brighter if hdr or Dolly vision isn't on so I can change the gamma to 1.9 which makes the default backlight higher and then I can still adjust the backlight individually. U can only change the gamma though in standard picture mode, which I figured out, with no hdr or Dolby vision enabled so I turn off those settings if I need more brightness on my Chromecast streamer that I use my basic operating system for tv and apps. The black is black, colors are great. Sound quality good to where I stopped using my Samsung soundbar because sometimes it would be a second or fractions of a second behind and trying to adjust sync sound settings didn't help. This is Our first OLED tv. B4 we only had smart UHD LED TVS. Only dislikes are the remote lags sometimes when hitting the settings button and selecting the settings icon, it just opens nothing and goes back to tv usually first time I hit button in the day. Sometimes the Alexa feature in my home when asking her to turn off the tv it doesn't want to work and takes 5 times to ask and then she will or she won't. And the fact lg doesn't support the directv stream app so I had to buy a Chromecast streamer Google tv 4k device to be able to use directv stream app. Also can't use picture in picture mode with screen share from my phone and with the directv stream app watching tv.
