The lamps are uv lamps to kill bacteria. You simply screw in the lamps into a base and turn it on. These are not lamps for lights and will hurt you if you stay in the room with them. They are easy to set up and it took me 2 minutes to do so. They look cool and seem to function well. Can't tell since we are talking about bacteria. The room does smell better. They wrk well and should last a long time. Only draw back is thst they are only 25watts.

Very good for the money. These work great and have nice features. I like the remote control with timer off settings. Perfect size and output power for my needs.

First of all, some precautions:1) When you buy this item, ALSO BUY UV PROTECTION GOGGLES. These are a must -- without them you risk severely damaging your eyes.2) MAKE SURE ALL LIVING THINGS (PEOPLE, ANIMALS, PLANTS) ARE KEPT FAR AWAY from this while it is on. Again, this device is no joke. It's like bleach on your eyes and can kill plants as well.3) The base has both an on/off switch as well as a remote. The remote works fine but the switch must be turned ON for it to work. This means that when you plug in the light, it will turn on until you switch it off with the remote. Hence, the prior two warnings about taking out all living things and wearing UV protection glasses.4) Make sure you have proper ventilation. In all likelihood using this device will emit strong odors (THIS MEANS IT'S WORKING) so be sure to open some windows or have the vent on while in use.Pros:This thing works. You get two bases so that you can use both lights at the same time. It is POWERFUL. Some people on here I see complain about the stench. THAT MEANS IT'S WORKING. If you are getting a strong odor from using this, it is from the dead bacteria, germs, and viruses that are releasing chemicals -- that is the stench.The price is not terrible either.The remote works in my experienceCons:The bases are very cheaply made with cheap plastic. They're not the sturdiest thing ever, so be careful of the light tipping over.The fact that the light switch must be manually switched to ON before the remote can work kind of detracts from some of the initial usefulness of the remote.Overall, I highly recommend this. Though it's a bit cheaply made, it's also extremely effective and powerful. Though, again, for God's sake REMOVE ALL PLANTS AND ANIMALS FROM PREMISES BEFORE USING AND WEAR UV PROTECTION GOGGLES.

The Ozone UVC lamp worked EXCELLENT. Ran it for 30 min inside my old truck that had been sitting for over a year, mice had build homes inside , smelled like a rank " lucky sock" that had been continuously worn since the big varsity game of 1976🤮.. after cleaning out what I could I let the ozone lamp do it's work. AMAZING! not completely fresh but definitely laundered the sock 👍, after a second use the next day the smell was basically gone. Also kills any bugs or rodents that might be left behind. Works for mildew smell also

Both lamps arrived defective.One of them cracked and started smoking immediately after I turned it on, and the other worked for only a minute before it also began to smoke. Very disappointing quality.

The product looks exactly like the photo. It worked very well in the beginning but the remotes quit working. I don't know if the issue is with the remote or with the base unit. Keep in mind that the timer is in the remote. No remote, no timer. I start the light manually and I turn it off manually. I am happy with the results for the light but the lack of a quality remote is a deal breaker.

Both lamp bases and bulbs arrive in a single package. Lamp boxes were clearly marked as Ozone and Ozone-Free. Both worked correctly first use. Powerful ozonating.

I was skeptical about this item given its size. We use a UV floor machine in the hospital to sanitize rooms, so I know that it is effective. I placed the light in my bedroom and let it run while I was at work, with the door closed and NO PETS in the room. It would be harmful to them as well as us, see instructions. The air was fresh when I opened the door. My allergy problems are very minimal now.
