Excellent flavor. You can slice with a mandolin or shred over pizza. This faux meat will fool your meat eating crowd. Score one for the vegans! The texture is just a little crumbly so cook it with a fat to really make it perfect. I’ll definitely buy this again. Yum!

Delicious products with great flavor and texture. The chorizo is definitely sweet with savory, so you gotta be into that. I loved it. Sopressata probably the best. I appreciate that Renegade uses organic ingredients and that the flavors come from real herbs and spices, there’s definitely nothing ‘fake’ in these. Didn’t mind paying what I paid. This can’t be cheap to make. You want alternatives to mass-produced meat, especially artisan stuff, you’re gonna have to pay. I like slicing and frying to go with eggs for breakfast. I sautéed some chorizo in with onions and jalapeños then threw eggs in there. Phenomenal. I tried this with Spanish rice and veg as a test for camping in summer. almost like a dirty rice. I like to do meal prep, food saver portions and just heat them in the sealed bag in a jetboil pot…these salamis gonna fit the bill just fine. Good way to stretch this product out to make it even more of a value. I’m not vegan but some people in my immediate family are. I’ve tried quite a bit of vegan food and this is the kind of food where we can definitely meet in the middle, for dinners together and such. My family honestly loved the salamis and we will be buying them again for ourselves and a few vegetarians and vegans that we know.

Too salty for me - my husband did not mind the level of salt as much as I did. Much smaller than it looks but flavor is good - if you don't mind the salt. For vegan salami, it's a good product.

Fantastic vegan salami. Very tasty! Highly recommend, even if you're not a vegetarian/vegan. Will buy again.

My favorite was the spicy chorizo the other two were just to sweet to remind me of salami.They were pretty expensive and even if they were more affordable I won’t be reaching for this product again. I think it’s missing that fatty acidic savory meaty taste…salami is not sweet it’s supposed to be salty! it taste like the fake meats from field roast or tofurky for reference . I’m sad I hope they reformulate this product! I would prefer a luxury item like this to be unhealthy and fatty like salami but atleast taste really good! 😞 I prefer a dried out impossible sausage with spices&salt inserted over this product. It doesn’t taste like salami and the texture is just to dry!

These artisan, plant-based sausages were a hit at my family’s Christmas, everyone ate it! All 3 flavors are wonderful and I served them alongside Rebel Foods gourmet, dairy-free cheese, which is ALSO AMAZING! Perfect combo for a stellar charcuterie board! 🌟We also raved about this cheese on my podcast earlier this year, it’s truly delicious. I think the Sweet Tuscan is my favorite flavor. When you have a special occasion, do this for yourself and you’ll be sooo glad you did!

I am so disheartened that this is what passes for good meat substitutes these days. To anyone who has had any seitan meat substitute (like primal jerky) this is the same product in a sausage package at triple the price point.The churizo flavor actually tastes something like churizo. As, with that product (unlike with summer sausage) you expect the crumbly nature, the overly-oily texture, and the heavy handed seasoning. It comes somewhat close to churizo -- but then nobody makes a churizo summer sausage for a reason. If your goal is to break it up in a scramble, then it's vaugley serviceable. But trader joes has a better vegan churizo at a 5 dollar price point, so it's hardly a selling point.The other two taste nothing like sausage. They taste 9 parts seitan and 1 part artificial flavor. The excessive oil is unpleasant on the pallet (and later on the stomach). The seasoning is flavorful, but artificial. The texture is excessively stiff, then excessively crumbly. And despite all the oil, it still ends up tasting dry.If you like the taste of overly seasoned seitan, get primal jerkey at a fraction of the price. Don't let the shape of this product fool you -- it's not any more a sausage than it is a meatloaf. It's probably more the latter.Lastly, the quantity is so unbelievably disappointing. for 40+ dollars you get what amounts to enough servings for maybe 2 charcuterie boards. Not that I'd want to serve this oily crap on a charcuterie board.Please save your money. This is a terrible product and a worse deal.

The product is very good, no Great. The product has the taste of real meat, something you can get your teeth into, and I would purchase this item again !
