We use this in our flower shop
We have this in our Flowershop and use it every day with our corsage ribbons. It’s fantastic. Would highly suggest if you have a Flowershop to get one of these it holds a ton of ribbon.

Good and bad
The rack is well made and strong. However only the top bar is small enough to hold fabric ribbon rolls. The other ones are too wide.

Product itself GREAT, Hardware is bad.
The hardware included are concrete anchors. Unless you have cinder block or cement walls, these will not work, even their installation video shows the stud flopping around. There’s no chance a steel-shanked slip anchor will tighten in drywall. Just use some ordinary plastic drywall anchors with ordinary screws and you will be VERY happy with the remainder, majority of this product.

Only one of the polls unscrews, anchors are just ok. Unit is strong and nice.

Not worth the price
The package came with absolutely no directions or hardware to hang. For the price you were paying for this it should include every single nut and bolt and directions on how to hang. offers no Internet distractions on how to do it or what the spring hinges are for. Just not worth the money.

Direction suck
I've wanted this for so long and once i got it very poor bolts to secure it to the wall. Had to go and purchase a better support to the wall.
