It would be nice to be able to easily train while at home. I like it because I can use the abs trainer to massage to my abdomen while sitting on the sofa.

Works well
I bloat after eating alot Because, first of all I'm Italian and I love to eat. And also I have had issues with my stomach and my intestines, so my colon doesn't work like others. It takes a long time for my stomach to digest. But this belt actually really helps with the vibrations of helping food move through my intestines and stomach quicker. Doesn't really give you a six pack but it helps you with your posture and your bloating. So personally it helps me with bloating and digesting food quicker with my personal issues.

Bad product
Very bad ripped off on the other side of my abdomen came off. I don’t recommend it buying this product. I need my money back.

Easy to use
I have used it once because i have had it a few days, it feels like i have had a good exercise session.

Abs Training Belt
I have only been using this for a few days so I haven't actually seen any results yet (note: it does not claim to magically make you have abs). It does at least feel like it's doing something. It was a weird sensation at first, but I've gotten used to it (it kind of feels like a TENS machine, but for your abs). It comes with a spray bottle, which I keep filled with water to spray onto the area of the belt before putting it on. I frequently have a hard time getting the controller attached (as soon as I get one side on, the other will pop off), but I expect that to continue to get better with time and use. I like to wear it when going for walks to help stimulate my abs during my walks. I will update if I see real results.

Well worth
Well worth a buy and I use it when I'm busying really pleased. I Wasn't sure it would work but because of the price gave it a try and so glad.

That's USB rechargeable so make life easier not having a slot of cables getting tangled up.
