Absolutely love this product... it has helped me loose weight by stopping me craving food, it also gives me a boost of energy.I use it every day in my coffee and love the taste.

This MCT oil is good, healthy and can be mixed with coffee in the morning without breaking the fast. The taste is a bit bitter so that's why only 4 stars. Dissolves easily and seems to be cutting down hunger which means it's doing the job.

This MCT oil is great. On a keto diet and this is great in my coffee, helps to keep me satiated and aids in achieving my macro levels. This is my third bottle and will keep using it.

I buy this regularly and it's perfect every time and lasts a long time due to the size of the bottle.

Overall it'd be a really good product and a good substitution of a more expensive version I bought before I got this.However unfortunately the design is horrible, when you pour the oil out of the bottle it goes everywhere.. I mean, EVERYWHERE! It'd be a good idea to add something to it that makes is easier not to make a mess. The more expensive one I got before from H&B had a thing on the bottle that didn't allow this to happen.If you have a spare bottle like that you can just pour the whole amount into a different bottle and use it that way I guess.

I fast in tbe mornings, this provides an energy boost and tastes lovely in coffee. I use a electric 'wizzer' to blend it.
