I absolutely love this curl bar—it’s become a go-to piece in my home gym setup. The width is perfect, especially for seated exercises like lat pulldowns or even bicep curls when using a bench.The side hooks are well-designed and make it super easy to attach to a cable machine or Tonal. For the price, this thing is amazing. I don't think a more expensive version of this bar, would be any better. I was surprised how nice it was. I considered getting just like a normal straight bar, but this thing is much better. I use it with bands, but you could also attach it to a cable machine. It has a soft rubber grip, and a nice weight to the bar, which kinda surprised me. With as many different grips options you have, it's kinda like having multiple bars. Works great for many exercises, especially biceps. Get this, a set of workout bands that comes with the handles, and door attachment. Then buy a door attachment with multiple height anchor points, and you can definitely get some gains. You can get all that under $100 if you just look for decent deals.
