Extremely Poor Quality – Terrible Support!
I bought this Faber gas stove just 6–7 months ago, and one of the knobs has already broken in half. Totally unacceptable for a brand like this. When I reached out to customer support, instead of helping, they blamed me for mishandling it—without even listening properly.Spoke to an executive named Preeti, who was rude and unprofessional. She handed the call to her manager Nandini, who outright refused to share any official contact or email. I was told the phone number is all I’d get. Seriously?This is by far the worst customer experience I’ve had. If I could give minus 5 stars, I would. Avoid this product unless you enjoy being blamed for manufacturing defects.
