Anti-fog really works but these are for really small heads (width wise). The size guide on the Amazon web site is pretty accurate and I should have paid more attention to it. The only person in my family for whom they are suitable is my 8 year old granddaughter. Other than being too tight at the sides of the head, they are as I would have wished.
