Q: Is this wine 0.0% or 0.5% alcohol?

Neither. It says "less than 1/2 of 1% alcohol by volume. The bottle I got (2018) was terrible. It was very sour. Good luck

Biologically yes, as there is no alcohol, but many alcoholics are triggered by even drinks perceived to have alcohol in them. So be careful.

Q: How does it taste after 7 days opened?

From the moment this is opened onward these tastes nothing vaguely like Cabernet Sauvignon. I find it cloyingly sweet, like bad grape juice. I have never gotten past the first couple of sips. I have no idea how they can claim it tastes like wine of any sort.
