The lozenges are made by Dr. Ben Lynch - a naturopath who I’ve followed online for years and have grown to trust. I’ve enjoyed many of his supplements so far. These are easy to take and absorb quickly when used sublingually (dissolved under the tongue). I’m noticing an improvement (in symptoms that Amazon does not allow me to say) as I overcome a serious mold problem at my home.These use the most active form of glutathione which shouldn’t require conversion (unlike NAC). They also include PQQ and selenium, which are both potent antioxidants - much needed in this toxic day and age were we need all the mitochondrial support that we can get. I appreciate that there isn’t any stevia in these (which is an endocrine disrupter), instead they use monk fruit.The only other thing I’d note is not to take them too late in the day as it may impair your sleep - it did for me when I took one at 7 or 8 pm, I had trouble falling asleep that night. Now I only take them in the morning or mid-day at the latest if I need a little boost.As for how I take them… I took one every morning for a few weeks and now I’m only using them as needed.I will continue purchasing these.

Instead of taking GlyNac, I am taking Glutathione just to see if I prefer it. So far, so good. These chews are sweet tasting and I am not used to breaking it down in my mouth. It is small so there is no problem. Good thing I read not to take it before bedtime. I am sure this powerful antioxidant is working. I feel good and try to eat healthy but taking the glutathione is an added plus.

Item comes properly shipped with safety seal. Upon opening, I had to remove what seemed like an abnormally large piece of cotton, which had some of the lozenges within it. A few of the lozenges went flying when I took the cotton ball out.I am a follower of Dr. Ben Lynch. I find him very knowledgeable on health and trust his supplements. I have taken Seeking Health Glutathione's liquid version, which is a little hard to swallow due to taste. I was pleasantly surprised to see this in lozenge form, as it's supposed to be a great way to boost the immune system and detoxify the body. I like that is has PQQ and Selenium, in addition to the Glutathione.The lozenges have a pleasant taste, with a little bit of tang. The bitter is good for the liver.I've had no adverse effects since starting to take them. Would recommend.

The combination of the proprietary form of S Acetyl glutathione with 5 mg PQQ in a lozenge has a very nice effect – quite noticeable for me without the issues associated with a 20 mg PQQ lozenge.

I was so happy to discover that I could take glutathione as a lozenge because the liquid version tastes quite awful! This lozenge tastes just fine and makes getting the glutathione I need as part of my personal healing journey so much easier! This lozenge is allergen-free and I've had a positive experience with it so far and I'm nearly finished with my first bottle. I will definitely be ordering a second one!

This glutathione supplement is easy to take as it is a chewable tablet. The taste is not objectionable and when you buy Seeking Health products you are getting a reliable supplement that has little to no fillers or flow agents. They are made and designed in the USA.Glutathione is good for liver health. It will help with focus and mental acuity. It is good for your skin and also good for increased energy. Dr. Lynch designs his supplements to be used when you need them and often cautions people to take them only when you can feel a difference. If you aren't getting positive results quit for awhile and then resume and see if you can feel the improvement.I have just started taking this product, so its too early to tell if it is improving my mental acuity, etc. but I will revisit this review in a month and try to update my results.
