Grandkids had little visitors from their school friends and you know how it is.... you hear the word nit and you start to scratch so this was to convince my subconscious that I didn't have any. It worked and I didn't and still haven't. Neither do they anymore 🤣

My daughter brought head lice home from nursery so we used this product right away. My son, wife and I also used it to be safe. We also washed all clothes and bedding and used a nit combe (took forever with my daughter's curly hair).Less than a week later it reoccurred not only in my daughter but also my son and wife. Sadly even just a couple of eggs surviving is all it takes to reoccur, so be generous with the mousse. We repeated the process without using a combe, and also followed on with Escenti Tea Tree Spray daily as lice struggle to survive and breed in the presence of tea tree oil. If you apply generously and often, they can rarely survive.So far so good. There are less and less eggs visible, and although I'm not sure you can directly kill the eggs with these products, you can make it so that your hair is not a habitable environment for the eggs to hatch and breed. Without a habitable environment they die out after 8-9 days. So just keep it at and absolutely do not be stingy with these products - buy a couple boxes to start with.Be prepared to possibly repeat the process but just be generous with the products

With 5 kids, over the years I think I've tried every head lice treatment on the market and plenty of home-made ones too.This treatment sits somewhere in the middle of them all for effectiveness, I'd say. As a mum who is always on the look out for the dreaded lice on my kids hair, I did catch them quite early and applied the mousse straight away. I applied it on their heads before bedtime and washed off in the morning. The result was a mousse that washed straight out leaving their hair lovely and clean. I went through their wet hair with a nitty gritty comb straight after washing and found that although there were dead lice there were also some that were still alive and kicking.A repeat treatment 3 days later (with daily combing in between) did the job and cleared the lot. Personally, I would consider this mousse to be a helping hand at clearing an infestation that I would use alongside consistent use of a lice comb. I wouldn't consider it a miracle be all and end all as it does not kill all the lice by itself. Having said that, I have yet to find anything that does. The darn things are resistant to everything these days.I am about to buy some more to keep on standby.

My daughter keeps getting lice every fortnight ant school and I have tried so many different products to get rid of them and also repel the little things. This mousse didn’t work. Used it on her, quite liberally too, and they were still alive after 12 hours when we washed it off! Will have to try something else but running out of options!
