Previously I ordered a much more expensive brand that also had excellent quality and packaging but this product seems to provide the same for less money. Many people hate its taste but I like this bitter-sweet powder and I usually eat it alone (usually about 2 tablespoons a day - somtimes a bit more - in smaller portions as putting a whole tablespoon of the powder to your mouth is not funny - its too dry! :-) For me this is usually a delicious snack before my afternoon workout. I'm still young and healthy and most "health products" do nothing for me but maca powder definitely makes my balls more puffy and improves semen quality and volume (30-40% more).

Writing this is my reminder to reorder! Having read lots of reviews I realised the flavour is divisive to staff. Palatability is an important factor, I loved the burnt caramel flavour in my Greek yoghurt.I chose Gelatinised maca (vegan it’s just the name of the heat treatment process) because it’s gentler on digestive tract. I have pretty severe thyroid issues, and for anybody else in same boat, maca can have many benefits, but closely monitor contra indications too!What did it do, subtly sustained energy, but the biggest noticeable was the adaptive quality in stress management.Personally I didn’t like it with tea and coffee, plenty ass to their drinks. With milk or yoghurt it was very palatable and even better in smoothies.All forms of Maca have benefits and it’s nuanced between black, yellow and red. I will go through another bag of this before trying the standard root.

The price seems too good to be true? Used a 1kg bag and now trying a 2nd bag. Can't say I feel any effects from it to be honest like I have from another brand in the past but that can be down to many other reasons. I do believe Maca is worth adding to diet, especially at this price?!

I've tried several maca powders over the years and this one is the best. It adds a lovely flavour to my pea protein smoothies, and I can tell if I've missed it out. Maca powder is never a cheap ingredient but this one is good value and I'll continue to buy more. Definitely recommend

I decided to give a try with this brand, Afer purchasing one form some other brand that’s called I think naturale bio, I was really impressed with the initial one , especially that I am not a fan of powders since they oxidise quckly. The photo shows how the Seven hills powder is much lighter in colour, compare to the n. Bio brand I have quickly reordered , as J could not find any much taste in the seven hills, much stripped of taste, hence of nutrition too. Really find time to do reviews , but when I could compare the 2 with picture it worksOf itself. I wanted give this brand a try as I had some cacao drops from then before and they seem genuine and I like to try new things. The n. Bio brand is heaven in compare to this .. I am happy to find it I had devoured the 1st pack in 3 weeks. But could not go with seven hills one and.l sending back. The company claims don’t match with what I received and it’s very disappointing, makes me. Wonder how is it preordered that end product is so tasteless

First of all. I'm a real person, and this is a genuine review. I'm 47 and two years ago my hormones got seriously out of whack due to the immense stress of the ending of an abusive relationship. I had temporarily some PTSD symptoms for almost a year and got physically unwell due to the stress. Around the same time, I stopped having my period and my sex drive, even though it was always quite high, completely disappeared. I felt amputated from the waist down.Throughout the following months, I ate well, stayed away from toxic people, my nerves recovered, the PTSD symptoms went, but my period did not come back. My sex drive was still gone, and so was my period. After a while, my sex drive got better, but still no period.I've been taking this maca powder for a week, about a heaped teaspoon each day. First few days, nothing. Now however, at the seven days mark, my skin is clearer, my libido is as high as it was when I was 18, and half an hour ago I got my period - without any pms symptoms and any cramps or pain. I honestly can't believe it, it's miraculous. But it's very, very real.I will continue to take it and I am grateful for the experience. Thank you.

A good quality uk produced product, however just not for me! I couldn’t find the right form to take this - I.e shake, mixed with water etc- I just didn’t get on with it. Works for my friends but just not for me.
