I appreciate that the gummy‘s are not extremely sweet. Benefits, I’ve noticed that they do work well. I noticed that I don’t get the sugar crash anymore. The direction say take to two a day, but it doesn’t specify when. I would take them when you know you’re going to eat pretty soon. I notice when I take my vitamins and this supplement in the morning and for some reason, I’m not eating right away and I don’t eat for a good amount of hours. It almost feels like my sugar goes too low and then I get lethargic and almost need a nap. Almost through my first bottle.

The quality is pretty good with these gummies and they actually don't taste terrible either. For the value of money, it is a good price.The performance over the course of a month, was alright.I noticed I had more energy after about 2 weeks. I lost about 4 pounds in the month, which is pretty average for a normal person, but I have PCOS, and usually can't lose the weight THAT easily. This is with consistent exercise (which I've been doing even before this with no results) and eating healthier. I am also on a sugar free diet (I have been for 5 years). I kept the same routines as always just added these in the morning.I can't say that it works for everyone, because everyone is different, but yes, it finally did something for me.However, I have stopped taking them because I'm going on something different now that I can finally see a doctor again.

These are so much better than the capsules I tried. Hopeful they will help with some of my kidney issues. The capsules were hard to swallow and left an awful taste that was hard to get rid of!

I emailed the company using an email address listed on their website but the email bounced back as invalid. A company that does not have a valid way for consumers to get in touch with them seems untrustworthy. Was the email address fake in the first place, intended to deceive consumers? or can the company not manage their email servers? or is the website so out-of-date that their email addresses have changed but not their website? Whatever the reason, if they can't keep their house in order, how can we trust that their manufacturing is in order or their product labels are accurate?Also, the taste is kinda gross I'm not usually picky about that, but this one is particularly not great

I like this stuff a lot. Helps with the diet.
