I called and left voicemails for these sellers and they never returned my calls. No live person working at this company. Product is not real leather. It is faux leather.

I spent a very long time to find exactly what I wanted. The cream color is not too white not too beige. This is very well made, came nicely packaged and easy to quickly assemble.
