This remote is MUCH better than the OEM Sony remote. Easy to setup and consistently works. I highly recommend this brand as a superior replacement to Sony’s unreliable, poor quality remote. Great price too.

I had initially said that the voice function does not work and they reached out and provided me with pairing instructions that I either ignored (most likely) or never got. Follow the instructions to pair your remote and the voice function works! The buttons are pretty stiff at first but it works well. I have attached the instructions for pairing that I should have followed from the first.

My old remote was starting to lose function in the directional control at first ! Then other buttons started to quit working. About the only thing that was working in the end was the volume control. So I had enough ! I went on Amazon and found one that matched perfectly. I tried it out today and everything works great now. I just hope this one will last as long as the TV does. Thank you

Works. Buttons not quite as responsive as original TV remote, but did not expect perfection.

Plastic feels a little cheap but works well and as intended hasn’t had any problems so far. Easy to use and understand and design is similar to my original tv remote.

The small mini remote that came with the TV disappeared in the couch. We were not able to recover it. Therefore, we had to replace it even though we were able to use the phones to operate the TV. It only took 24 hours to get the remote. It larger and so far not attractive to the couch.

The product works good, but it does not have the voice command functioning. The button is there, but it does not function /not work.

Perfect remote with extra added features compared to the original. Would buy again if I need another
