Solid rings, nice sellers, set them up properly.
These are great, hold well, feel sturdy and the rings feel smooth. You have to make sure you feed the strap through the buckle correctly though. It must go in the direction of the arrow, and it must go into the buckle through the back, not the top. I've added a picture of the correct way to do it. I was doing it in the direction of the arrow but through the top for 6 months and eventually part of the buckle broke. Even though it was my fault they are sending me a new one, so the sellers are really nice.I hang mine from a pull up bar, and take them down and store them under the sofa each time. I'm a heavy guy and they hold solid. They are much much longer than you would ever need. I don't think it matters which ring size you get, your hands would get used to whatever. I use them for pull ups, dips, rows and ab roll outs.Highly recommend these rings.

Top Product
Brillaint bit of kit, definitely the best bit of home gym equipment you can buy but does have a steep learning curve. The straps are top notch, but there are no instructions and it's slightly counterintuitive but there is an arrow showing the correct way (you want the strap to feed in from the bottom and then go out the place it looks like they'd go in). The wood is of a premium quality, but it is wood and should be treated as such. They will last indefinitely if not left out in the rain and with a bit of regular wood care. I saw someone complaining about marks on the wood, and these can occur if the rings are pushing against the buckle and not just the strap, so watch out.

Returned as better quality available for £10 less
I bought both these and the Pellor gymnastics rings, which retail for about £35 on Amazon.First, I'll start with the straps.* Good quality, excellent stitching on the seams when compared with the Pellor (the stitches are smaller, more of them and clearly better construction).*They have a very nice, easy to use additional velcro strap for storing the straps when they're tidied away. It's permanently affixed though, so it can be a bit fiddly when you're winding up the straps as it gets in the way/keeps sticking to everything. You'll never lose it though, which is a plus.*The buckle is very secure, heavy duty and does not slip at all when holding the strap (I'm 86kg and was very confident at putting my whole weight on these).*There are no markings for length on the strap. I can't knock a star off for that though as they were pictured without the markings, so I got what I expected.*I think the end that you feed into the buckle could become frayed over time. It is only glued closed and I would have preferred a little fabric covering the end, or have it doubled back on itself and glued. Now the wooden rings.* Cut from sheets of wood bonded together, initially they looked very smooth, but this was why I sent them back; as my hands moved around the rings, the wood was chipped/pitted in places and was very rough on my hands/made a small cut. It's hard to see in the pics, but the imperfections were there. Perhaps I got a bad batch and if you wear gloves, you wouldn't notice these at all.In conclusion, I bought two pairs of rings to see what the difference was as I'm new to ring work. I couldn't see a £10 difference in quality between the two and the Pellor rings were actually better than this more expensive type. The stiching wasn't as great, but it was still clearly very strong and the same material. The Pellor presentation was much nicer too; a little Pellor brand mark on the ring and came in a nice box. These just came in a nondescript brown box and a plastic bag. I know they are only rings and the box went straight in the bin, but £46 is a lot of money for me, so I want to feel like I've spent it well. If I give up on rings as they aren't for me, I'll have amuch easier time selling the Pellor ones as they have a nice box and are branded. Yes, that's superficial, but that's what humans are!Overall, these are a good product and you get pretty much what is advertised, but I can't recommend over the cheaper variety.

Prepare for muscles you never knew you had. Lol
I'm happy with my purchase, quality is adequate and fine but not amazing. I can now do 10 ring dips, when I first started I couldn't even hold myself up for long. I'm 40 years old and my joints felt like giving way and very painful, take your time and build up slowly, my joints are now stronger and no pain and I can hold positions with ease. These will give you insane strength in the joints and connective tissues. This is not like lifting weights, this is more beast mode. I'd recommend looking into collagen, that helped me as well I believe.

These are great. Straps could be a little bit longer (but no biggy), importantlt the clip is robust and I feel safe on these. Quick to put up and take down and the quality of the wood feels excellent.

Great Value and great product
These are the best value rings I founds on Amazon. The rings and straps are both excellent quality and more than capable of supporting my total bodyweight (92kg).I would recommend these to anyone who is looking to introduce ring workouts into their calethenics program.

Fully functional
I've been using it on and off. There is nothing I do not like about this product. You can adjust the height of the rings to suit your needs. The length of the straps is more than adequate and completely meets my needs. I'm using it to do Australian pullups until I have developed enough strength to do a pullup unaided. Great quality.

Loose straps
I have been using this product since August 2020 and since a few weeks ago ( December 2020) the straps have keep coming loose so I cannot use it properly. Very disappointed!
